If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to manage big emotions, you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, defiance, stress, and more. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I provide practical, compassionate care that’s focused on helping you build insight, learn new skills, and create lasting change.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work together toward meaningful progress. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based, person-centered therapy, always tailoring the process to fit your unique needs and goals.
I also offer online mental health evaluations, as well as D&A assessments, anger management, emotional support animals (ESA), and medical marijuana.
My clients often tell me they’ve learned a lot about themselves and their emotions, and that they’ve developed skills that truly help them grow and make positive changes in their lives.
I believe online therapy is a space where growth, healing, and self-discovery can happen — at your pace, and in your way. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing behavioral challenges, or learning to cope with stress or loss, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re feeling hesitant about starting online therapy, that’s okay. It’s a big step — and a brave one.
Whenever you’re ready, I’m here. Click below to book your first session.
