If you’re here, you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to offer you a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s coming up for you with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
I work with teens (13–17), young adults (18–25), and adults (26–64) who are navigating relationship challenges, identity and meaning-making, emotional distress, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. I approach our work together through a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, honoring how your culture, background, and lived experiences shape who you are and how you move through the world.
I believe therapy should feel personalized, collaborative, and supportive of long-term growth — not rushed or surface-level. My style is warm, grounded, and reflective. In our sessions, you can expect both emotional validation and gentle structure as we work together to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build healthier patterns.
I draw from Interpersonal and Relational approaches, Psychodynamic therapy, Feminist theory, Humanistic and Existential frameworks, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I adapt these methods to fit your needs, values, and goals, and I welcome your input every step of the way.
As a Master’s level therapist, I hold a Master of Arts in Community Psychology, which I completed in May. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at Point Park University’s School of Arts and Sciences, with an expected graduation in May 2027. I am completing my clinical training under the supervision of Michelle Wygant, LPC, a senior licensed clinician at Makin Wellness. This ensures that you receive both my dedicated care and the added support of an experienced professional overseeing your treatment.
Many clients tell me they feel deeply heard, understood, and more connected to themselves through our work together. They often share that sessions feel calming, insightful, and empowering — helping them gain clarity while building emotional resilience.
I see therapy as a partnership. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, revisit topics when needed, and create space for both healing and growth. You are always in control of your process.
If you’re ready to take the next step — even if you’re feeling unsure — I invite you to schedule a session with me. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
Outside of work, you can find me curled up with a good book, hiking with my dog, spending time with friends, or taking care of my 80+ houseplants.
